Design
Created with foundry software to optimize manufacturing process parameters. This software greatly minimizes the likelihood of casting defects such as shrinkage, porosity, and cracks.
Body and bonnet
Manufacturing includes pouring over risers to reduce internal defects of the castings and heat treatment of the castings to improve the mechanical properties of the materials, such as eliminating residual stress and improving the machinability of the metal. Our manufacturing process fully complies with the API standard, the average thickness exceeds the standard by 10%.
Upper seat bushing, gland and axle nut
To guarantee perfect isolation of the stem, the shaft nut is made of standard bronze or D2, bronze or D2 nuts have high resistance to wear and corrosion. The packing is reinforced by the stuffing box and the upper seat bushing, both made of stainless steel, complying with the API600 standard offering superior sealing performance.
Packing and gasket
Corrugated heat-resistant graphite gasket for rapid adaptability to dramatic temperature changes. Composite packing that offers lower torque and better sealing performance.
Stem
Strong and rigid stainless steel stem that meets API600 standard, making it almost indestructible.
Disc
Full opening and closing disc, making it ideal for improving flow performance and reducing fluid resistance. made in CA15+13Cr (size 2”-4”) or WCB+13Cr (over 5”) to meet API600 destruction test requirements. Its angular design offers better sealing capacity.
Back seat
Renewable seats according to API600 standard, zero leaks after 2000 opening and closing service operations.
