Stellite seats
Stellite is a high temperature alloy of stainless steel and nickel. The Stellite reinforced seats are almost indestructible. Extremely hard and resistant to impacts and heat. Able to maintain angle position forever.
Stellited wedge

Solid wedge with the best mechanical strength especially suitable for working with turbulent fluid, the gate is slightly inclined against the flow to create an angled wedge force that helps the valve when closing and also increases reliability high pressure sealing.

Five seal packing
Heat resistant graphite packing provides a tight seal on the stem when pressed by the stuffing box and stuffing box flange.
Insulating parts
High temperature resistant graphite gasket and stainless steel stuffing box provide an excellent seal between the bonnet, body and stem.
F6 stainless steel stem
Non-rising stem making it more suitable for installations in limited spaces. It offers a simple design with fewer parts exposed to the fluid which reduces the risk of stem leaks.
Body and bonnet

Body and bonnet made of forged carbon steel ASTM A105. Specially designed for high pressure systems for high temperature service.
