Body:

Forged carbon steel or stainless steel body – strength with lightness.
Our butterfly valves are manufactured using materials that offer high durability and reduced weight, making installation easier and enhancing performance in demanding industrial environments. They are available in Wafer, Lug, double-flanged configurations, and with one-piece or two-piece bodies, adapting to various mounting and operational needs.

Seat:

PTFE, EPDM (WRAS), or BUNA seats – tailored for every application.
We offer various seat options depending on the type of fluid and working conditions. PTFE stands out for its chemical resistance, WRAS-certified EPDM is ideal for potable water, and BUNA delivers excellent performance in applications involving oils or hydrocarbons. All options ensure reliable and long-lasting sealing.

Disc:

316 stainless steel discs, coated with Nylon or PFA – performance tailored to your process.
We offer 316 stainless steel discs, ideal for corrosive applications and high mechanical demands. Also available with Nylon coating, which provides wear resistance and a low friction coefficient, or with PFA coating, perfect for highly aggressive environments thanks to its excellent chemical resistance. Each option ensures durability, reliability, and compatibility with a wide range of fluids.

Actuation:

We offer electric, pneumatic, and adjustable plastic actuation solutions, compatible with ball and butterfly valves up to 24” and torques up to 7,200 Nm.

Configuration:

The KTN valve can be configured in concentric, double-offset, or triple-offset versions, depending on application requirements.

Robust and Reliable Stem Design

Manufactured from stainless steel or high-quality alloys, our fully sealed stem ensures maximum durability and protection against leakage. Its precision-machined connection allows secure coupling of actuators or handles, ensuring smooth and reliable valve operation.

Disc with Technical Coating

Available with PFA coating (minimum 3 mm of virgin encapsulated PTFE) for maximum chemical resistance, or nylon for increased hardness and abrasion resistance. Ideal for demanding applications and aggressive media.

High-Performance Disc

Manufactured from polished stainless steel or compatible materials upon request, designed to provide optimal flow control and maximum durability.

Optimized Geometry Seat:

Machined with a special curvature from the center to the edges, the seat design reduces premature contact with the disc, minimizing operating torque and wear, while improving operational efficiency.

Guaranteed Bubble-Tight Seal:

An elastic energizer fully surrounds the seat, including the disc hub, applying uniform force to ensure a bubble-tight seal even under demanding conditions.

Smart Elastic Compensation:

Two sets of disc springs absorb body deformations, applying force to the pressure sleeve to compress the seat and O-ring, enhancing axial sealing and operational reliability.
