CARBON STEEL BODY GLOBE VALVE ANSI 150 / 300 / 600 / 1500 / 1500 – KTN 433
The KTN 433 globe valve is a versatile and reliable choice for applications requiring precise flow control over a wide range of pressures and temperatures. Manufactured in A216 WCB carbon steel cast iron, this valve is available in classes 150, 300, 600 and 1500, with sizes ranging from DN 50 to DN 500.
Its design complies with the international standard ASME B16.34, which guarantees its quality and performance. The face-to-face dimension and flanges are in accordance with ASME B16.10 specifications, while the gasket is composed of AISI 316 and graphite to ensure effective sealing.
With a pressure and temperature rating to ASME B16.34 and a TRIM of 8, the KTN 433 valve is ideal for the control of aqueous media, oil and gas, offering reliable and durable performance in a variety of industrial environments.

Design
Created with casting software to optimize the parameters of the manufacturing process. This software greatly minimizes the probability of casting defects such as shrinkage, porosity and cracks.


Body and bonnet
Manufacturing includes pouring of the casting to reduce internal defects in the castings, and heat treatment of the casting to improve the mechanical properties of the materials, eliminate residual stresses and improve the machinability of the metal. Our manufacturing process is fully compliant with BS 1873, the average thickness exceeds the standard by 10%.
Stem nut, packing gland and packing gland
To ensure perfect stem isolation, the stem nut D2 or BS 1873 standard bronze, bronze stem nuts have high wear and corrosion resistance. The packing is reinforced by packing gland and backseat ring made of stainless steel.
Insulating parts
Corrugated heat-resistant graphite gasket for rapid adaptability to dramatic temperature changes. Composite packing offers lower torque and better sealing performance.
Stem
Strong and rigid stainless steel stem that complies with BS 1873 standard, making it almost indestructible.
Disk
Fully adjustable disc making it ideal for improved performance and flow accuracy. Combining ASTM A29M 1020 nut and ASTM A351 CF8M disc to meet API 598 destruction test requirements.
Structural strength
The globe valve body design is engineered to withstand high pressures and temperatures, ensuring structural strength and preventing failure under demanding operating conditions.
