Description

DISK CLOSING VALVE WITH ANSI FLANGES –KTN 333

The KTN 333 is our ANSI class 150/300/600/1500 flange gate valve. The body is made of cast carbon steel A216 WCB. The dimensions range is from 2” to 24”. The pressure and temperature range is according to ASME B16.34. Indicated to carry out and stop the passage of aqueous media, oil and gas.

The KTN 333 gate valve is manufactured with cutting-edge technology in our most advanced workshop, the quality meets the highest standard requirements. The final surface of the product is smooth and well machined thanks to CNC turning.

Our design exceeds the standard average as it offers great wear resistance, is also designed to operate in severe conditions and meets API600 destruction tests. For greater robustness and safety, the flanges and the ring of the rear seat have been machined with greater thickness.

Design
Created with foundry software to optimize manufacturing process parameters. This software greatly minimizes the likelihood of casting defects such as shrinkage, porosity, and cracks.

Body and bonnet
Manufacturing includes pouring over risers to reduce internal defects of the castings and heat treatment of the castings to improve the mechanical properties of the materials, such as eliminating residual stress and improving the machinability of the metal. Our manufacturing process fully complies with the API standard, the average thickness exceeds the standard by 10%.
Stem nut, gland and backseat ring
To ensure perfect stem isolation, API600 standard bronze or D2 stem nut, bronze stem nuts have high wear resistance and high corrosion resistance. Packing is reinforced by gland and backseat ring made in stainless steel. Renewable backseat API600 standard with better sealing performance.
Packing and gasket
Heat resistant graphite corrugated gasket for fast adaptability to dramatic temperature changes. Composite packing which means smaller torque and better sealing performance.
Stem
Strong and rigit stainless steel stem which meets API600 standard which makes it almost undestructable.
Disc
Fully open/close disc which makes it great for improving flow performance and reducing fluid resistance. CA15+13Cr (size 2”-4”) or WCB+13Cr(Above 5”) to meet API600 destruction test requirements.
Backseat
Renewable seats according to API600 standard, zero leakage after 2000 times opening and closing service.
