Description
NEEDLE VALVE FOR HIGH PRESSURE – KTN 11.11/3000
TheKTN 11.11 is our NPT threaded needle valve. It is specially designed to precisely regulate high pressure flow. Compact design with one-piece body. Body, bonnet and stem made of AISI A182 F316 cast iron, needle-shaped plunger for high-precision flow regulation. PTFE packing that can withstand temperatures from -54ºC to 120ºC. PEEK packaging available upon special request (-51ºC to 315ºC). The port range is 1/4” to 1” (inches). Its maximum working pressure range is 3000 psi/210 bar (see model 11.11/6000 for a pressure of 6000 psi). Each needle valve is leak-proof inspected with nitrogen at maximum working pressure. Indicated to open, regulate or stop compressed air, water and industrial fluids at high pressure.

Body
One piece straight body made of F316 cast stainless steel specially designed for low flow high pressure systems.
Stem and plunger
Rising stem made of F316 stainless steel casting that ends in a needle-shaped plunger, this allows precise control of fluid flow. The needle has a heat treatment that provides extra resistance to severe temperatures and pressures.
PTFE packing
PTFE packing that ensures a tight seal preventing any leakage around the stem.
Bonnet
The bonnet is sealed to the body by metal-on-metal compression, is made of F316 cast stainless steel and houses the packing, stuffing box and plunger.
Cable gland
Cable gland in 304 cast stainless steel threaded to the bonnet to reinforce pressure resistance.
