Description
LIGHTWEIGHT ACTUATOR WITH HIGH PERFORMANCE SPRINGS – KTN RSE
Our single-acting KTN actuators have been designed with high performance, manufactured with advanced technology and machinery. In accordance with the latest international standards such as ISO5211, DIN337, VD/VDE3845 and NAMUR.
The KTN RSE/RDE design is an excellent choice for its compact and modernized design, both models share the same external structure, which facilitates the installation of accessories and allows the installation of solenoid valves without an additional connection flange.
All actuation surfaces are specially manufactured with quality bearings that result in low friction, no noise. This means an increase in the service life cycle. The pistons and caps are made of die-cast aluminum giving them strength and lightness at the same time.
In addition, KTN RSE preloaded springs are designed for safe assembly and disassembly procedures. The actuators can be adjusted to ±5º in the open or closed position thanks to the two adjustment devices. The positioner functions as a visual indicator of valve position.
Apart from our stock products, we offer solutions for special requirements, we can manufacture actuators with different seals for high or low temperature processes, we can add multiple rotations, for example, at 120º, 135º and 180º and 3-position actuators.
