3The KTN 423 globe valve is a versatile and reliable option for applications requiring precise flow control across a wide range of pressures and temperatures. Manufactured in cast carbon steel A216 WCB, this valve is available in PN 6 / 40, with sizes ranging from DN 15 to DN 40.
Its design complies with the international standard ASME B16.34, ensuring quality and performance. The face-to-face dimensions and flanges follow ASME B16.10 specifications, while the gasket is made of AISI 316 and graphite to ensure effective sealing.
With pressure and temperature ratings according to ASME B16.34 and a TRIM 8 configuration, the KTN 423 valve is ideal for controlling aqueous media, oil, and gas, providing reliable and long-lasting performance in various industrial environments.

Design
Created with casting software to optimize manufacturing process parameters. This software greatly minimizes the likelihood of casting defects such as shrinkage, porosity, and cracks.


Body and bonnet
Manufacturing includes pouring the casting to reduce internal defects in castings, and heat treating the casting to improve the mechanical properties of the materials, eliminate residual stresses, and improve the machinability of the metal. Our manufacturing process fully complies with BS 1873, with the average thickness exceeding the standard by 10%.
Rod nut, gland, and gland
To ensure perfect stem sealing, the D2 or standard BS 1873 bronze stem nut, bronze stem nuts have high wear and corrosion resistance. The packing is reinforced by gland nuts and rear seat ring made of stainless steel.
Insulating parts
Heat-resistant corrugated graphite gasket for rapid adaptability to dramatic temperature changes. Composite packing offering lower torque and better sealing performance.
Offspring
Strong and rigid stainless steel rod that complies with BS 1873 standard, making it virtually indestructible.
Disc
Fully adjustable disc, making it ideal for improving flow performance and accuracy. Combining ASTM A29M 1020 nut and ASTM A351 CF8M disc to meet API 598 destruction test requirements.
